AO is under the strict supervision of OK Kosher Certification

The OK is one of the world’s most recognizable, respected, and accepted hashgacha, certifying dozens of well-established restaurants in New York City and thousands of food products worldwide. In accordance with the OK’s guidelines, we have an experienced Mashgiach Temidi onsite that follows strict vegetable checking procedures. In addition, we use certain pre-checked greenhouse grown vegetables such as Broccoli.

All products are Pareve, except meat products which are cooked in a separate fleishig kitchen by our Mashgiach, kept separate from all other products, and only added on at the end depending on the dish. The only meat product we use is chicken, which is Glatt Kosher & Chassidishe Shechita, currently under the Nirbater Rav (contact us if you need to confirm latest Shechita info).
